Bicycle Repair Clinic

BikePoughkeepsie’s bicycle repair clinic (in partnership with sPOKe) delivers practical, on-the-ground impact in Poughkeepsie. By providing free repairs and distributing refurbished bikes, the clinic removes cost barriers to transportation and helps more residents ride safely and reliably. It also diverts usable bikes from the landfill, reducing waste while extending the life of valuable resources. Beyond the immediate service, the clinic offers basic bike maintenance, giving people the skills and confidence to care for their own bikes. Our bike clinic strengthens both individual mobility and the broader cycling community.

Our clinic home base is located at the garden/basement level of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (325 Mill St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601). We also participate in great repair cafes, farmer’s markets, and other local events. Check our events calendar for the next clinic!
